For Stephanie & Paul’s Wedding we didn’t have far to go as the fab day took place in Anthony’s hometown Athlone. For this Wedding we did the Grooms Preparation too and had lots of fun in the morning with the lads and also Stephanie & Paul’s little man, Baby Alexander. Stephanie & Paul had put many lovely little details into their Wedding, new & quirky and just right up my street. At the entrance of the Church was a lovely timetable and overview about what will happen when, so everybody could plan the day ahead.

The Ceremony took place in the beautiful Ss. Peter & Paul’s Cathedral in Athlone, overlooking the Castle and Celebrant was Fr. Brendan Dunning, who is also the groom’s uncle. Due to this, the homily and ceremony was even that bit more personal, witty and heartfelt.

There was a little surprise for our couple and they didn’t know about it, so when Anthony left the Bridal house, he was a bit of an accomplice to Stephanie’s family, bringing the little cart in our Van, for Page Boy Alex to “roll” up the Aisle with the Bridal Party. This was such a cute idea and I think Alexander did enjoy his entrance too 🙂

After the Ceremony we had a big family shoot just outside the Church, before heading to the Athlone Weir, where we got some lovely footage together with Wim from In Love Photography, wo was shooting with us on the day. We got more lovely shots at the Hodson Bay Hotel, where Stephanie & Paul had their guests spoiled with fab ideas and decorations as they wanted everyone to have a fab day. We loved especially the Cigar Bar, the “Hangover Kit”, the Selfie-Station and their Table Plan, where Baby Alexander was their model, naming each table with his favorite things i.e. nap time, story time… and so on. Really, really fab!

Stephanie & Paul, thank you so much for letting us be a part of your Wedding day, we enjoyed being a part of it and are wishing you only the very best for your future together as husband & wife.
