For this amazing Autumn Wedding we started filming in County Roscommon, before traveling to the gorgeous Markree Castle in Sligo. Ruth & Darragh had an amazing wedding day and we were stunned by the abundance of talent involved in this wedding.
Starting with the music and the musicians, as both Ruth & Darragh play instruments as well, down to the cake stands that were handmade by the father of the groom, the cakes which were made by friends & family and the cake topper, hand drawn by Ruth herself. The cake topper of herself… well, Ruth actually had to re-do aka re-paint again the night before the wedding, as their little dog was very fond of this figurine and kept happily chewing away on it the evening before.
Darragh proposed on their holiday in Croatia to Ruth and (out of all places) our own favorite spot too: Dubrovnik! .. and this led to this happy day we had the pleasure capturing.
Their chosen photographer was Daniel from DK Photo and together we got amazing footage on the way to the castle popping a bottle of champagne and then later on the grounds of Markree Castle.
