Our happy newlyweds tied the knot in beautiful Athlone this Spring. We had so much fun with Laura & Darren, both were happy & easygoing people and their families were absolutely wonderful.
It showed on their Wedding day, where family & friends came in big numbers to congratulate our happy couple. Darren is mad about golf so it was only fitting to stop for the photo-shoot at the golf pitch just before the entrance of the Hodson Bay Hotel. Photographers on the day were Mum-to-be Clare-Frances & Hatim and we had lots of fun with them on Laura & Darren’s Wedding day.
This was a really happy and joyful day and you can see, even during the ceremony everybody was in good spirits wishing our couple well. Music for the Ceremony was provided by Simon Casey and his pianist and there was not a sound to hear during his amazing rendition of Jeff Buckley’s Hallelujah – absolutely wonderful and if you are into music: certainly goose-bump material!
The wonderful wedding cake was made by a long-time family friend, who truly put out all stops to make this cake one that was almost too nice to eat! Amazing talent and I bet the cake tasted as gorgeous as it looked.
The celebrations continued until late that night at the Hodson Bay Hotel, where everybody danced their socks off, I think we’ve even seen some dance-off’s happening just when we left.
Laura & Darren, thank you very much for letting us be a part of your very special day. We both enjoyed being a part of your big day and everybody made us feel so welcome. We are wishing you both only the very best for your future as husband & wife.
